The fresh bread from the nearby Milopetra Bakery is to die for, and you'll definitely want to hit before your adventures! Plus, the large balcony offered stunning views which made unwinding after a day of exploring truly divine.

Though I had a bit of a hassle with the luggage pickup—nobody was at the reception when I returned, and I missed my bus—the stay still had its highlights!

amazing views

clean room

Just had a fantastic stay at Villa Agas! The room was clean and cozy. We enjoyed amazing views from the huge balcony. The location is super convenient, with a 24-hour bakery nearby and a quick walk to Fira. Definitely coming back!

fantastic proximity to restaurants and must-see attractions in santorini

i was thrilled with my stay as it was just a few steps to some of the best eateries, like kelari and eroticritos. i highly recommend it for anyone looking to take in the sights on foot.

The room had a strong bleach smell at check-in!!! The hang-up shower head didn't reach its holder properly, which was a minor inconvenience!!! The property felt a bit dated, despite some charm.

stayed at villa agas for one night, and we enjoyed a clean room with a great terrace. the bathroom was excellent, and the location was ideal as it was close to the airport and had several good, inexpensive restaurants and bakeries nearby.

The peaceful room featured efficient AC and light-blocking doors, essential for the sunny weather. Conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the main area, it offered easy access to a bus stop and nearby facilities. Although the host was very accommodating, the noise from a nearby club was disruptive during the weekend, affecting sleep despite earplugs. Lastly, the communication with the staff was a mixed experience. while the host was helpful, the male receptionist showed room for improvement.
